✦ Synopsis
The amino acid sequence in tripeptides containing trifunctional amino acids has been analysed by direct analysis of daughter ionslmass analysed ion kinetic energy (DADI/MIKE) and B/E linked scan spectrometry. Collision induced dissociations in the first and second field free regions of a mass spectrometer with reversed geometry were also investigated.
