## Abstract Silicon samples containing rod‐like defects (RLD) and pre‐characterized by the electric‐dipole spin resonance (EDSR) method were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS) methods. Employing previously reported strict correlation between the EDSR
