HLA class-I and class-II antigens were detected in extracts of dry spleen tissue allowed to age from 1 to 17 months, using monomorphic anti HLA monoclonal antibodies and the ELISA technique. Using polymorphic HLA alloantisera samples of spleen tissue could be characterized and differentiated. The po
