Solid-state 13C CP/MAS NMR spectra are reported for di †erent EDTA-metal complexes. The e †ect of metal binding on the isotropic 13C chemical shift and principal elements of the carboxyl 13C chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) tensor are discussed.

of "C NMR spectra in solid pitches taken under conditions of: cross polarization with strong proton decoupling, but no sample rotation (CP), and cross polarization with strong proton decoupling and magic angle sample spinning (CP/MAS) indicate that there is a considerable loss of intensity in the aliphatic region, and indications of a loss in the aromatic region, under MAS. This effect is discussed.

## Abstract The solid‐state CP/MAS ^13^C‐NMR spectra (cross‐polarization/magic‐angle spinning ^13^C‐NMR) of eight lower cyclic and one linear oligomers and several polymers of (__R__)‐3‐hydroxybutanoic acid (3‐HB) are reported. The polymeric samples of different origin and molecular weight give rem
Using differential scanning calorimetry, we have investigated three difunctional cyanate monomers differing by their central group: bisphenol A dicyanate (BADCy), bisphenol E dicyanate (BEDCy), and hexafluorinated bisphenol A dicyanate (BAFDCy), to determine the effect of the central group on the mo
