## Abstract In this Letter, a new Koch island microstrip patch antenna is proposed. The Koch patch is fractal shaped and characterized by spaceβfilling and selfβsimilarity properties. Due to the spaceβfilling properties of fractal geometry, the proposed antennas are a smaller in size than conventio
This paper presents the characteristics of a half bowtieshaped, meander-type antenna for broadband impedance bandwidth. The design was based on a modified meander line and a bowtie shape with coaxial feeding. The maximum measured impedance bandwidth (Οͺ10 dB) was approximately 1.5075 , or about 23.8%
