## Abstract The antiphospholipid syndrome is an acquired prothrombotic state where thrombosis and/or pregnancy loss is related to the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. Cutaneous necrosis secondary to intravascular thrombosis of small dermal vessels is a recognized but rare association with a
