The impact o/Derotation-Varisation-Osteotomy on Head Necrosis in Cases o/CongenitaI Luxation o/the Hip-Joint
Summary. The impact of derotation-varisation-osteotomy on head necrosis in cases of so-cMled congenital luxation of the hip-joint was rated on the basis of 108 hip-joints. In terms of total and epiphyseal quotient, an accelerated restructuring of the femur head may be assumed. Results obtMned on the Perthes-like type are more convincing as comp~red to the cystic and desintegrational type. Yet, one eight of the material showed detoriation of the head's state. About 50O/o of cases improved by at least one rating-point, whereas 36% could not be rauch infiuenced by this surgical intervention.
Zusammen[assung. Der Einfluß der Derotations-Varisierungs-Osteotomie auf Hüftkopfumbaustörungen bei der sogenannten angeborenen I-Iüftgelenksluxation wird an Hand von 108 Hüftgelenken geprüft. Bei der Bewertung nach dem Gesamt-und Epiphysen-Quotienten lgSt sich ein beschleunigter Kopfaufbau annehmen. Die Ergebnisse bei dem perthesähnlichen Typ sind demgegenüber dem cystischen und ZerfMIstyp günstiger. Immerhin ist in einem Achtel des Materials eine Verschlechterung des ttüftkopfbefundes eingetreten. Zirka 50°/o der Fälle haben sich mindestens um eine Bewertungsgruppe gebessert, während 36o/0 durch die Operation nicht wesentlich beeinflußt werden.
