On the assumption that the stretching exponent value in the stretched exponential model is the same for both and vibrations of SCN-, an "additionalÏ broadening of the line has been identiÐed and attributed m 1 (R') m 3 (R') m 1 to dissipative losses due to ion-dipole interactions between cations and anions in melt.
