We have measured electrical resistivity and AC susceptibility of Bi2Sr2CaCu208+6 with 0.20~ 6 ~0.34, annealed under hlgh oxygen pressure. With Increasing 6, the superconducting transition temperature T c decreases for 0.20N6N0.27 and ls almost constant, ~45K, for 0.27~6 ~0.34. The 6 dependence of T
