โฆ Synopsis
The lattice parameters a and c, superconducting onset temperature T c and volume fraction rate of superconductive phase f s were studied for the Bi2Sr2CaCu208+y-6. Where 6 is the oxygen deficiency in that system per chemical formula unit. All of the above quantities rapidly decreased with increasing of 6 in 0<6<0.1~0.2. While, in 0.2<6<1, the lattice parameters and T c were nearly constant, and the f s gradually decreased and became zero at 6=6 c~l. The reduction of positive holes and the decomposition of 2-2-1-2 phase were discussed based on the above experimental results. a and c were powder X-ray are given in .

The anisotropy of the ab-plane optical conductivity and de resistivity of single-domain BizSrzCaCuzOs crystals has been measured between 20 and 300 K. There is a modest normal-state anisotropy, optical anisotropy below T~, and an unexpected anisotropy in the resistive transition.
