## Abstract The ontogenic development of natural killing (NK) and antibody‐dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) in germ‐free and specific‐pathogen‐free (SPF) miniature swine were compared. Activities of NK and ADCC were tested by a short‐term (2.5 to 4 h) ^51^Cr‐labelled human myeloid cell line K
