Human bone marrow was cultured and cells from individual monocyte colonies stained with a variety of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. Erythroid colonies and peripheral blood monocytes were used as controls. Both bone marrow cultured and peripheral blood monocytes stained with antibodies to lyso
