ho would have thought that the world would lose one of our heroines as she was moving along in the writing process for our W journal; but that's what happened to us. We all lost a wonderful piece of the firmament, a bit of the whole, in the passing of Betsy Brewer. As you'll see in Betsy's posthumous work in this issue, she brought her soul and her spirit to her work in exciting and unique ways, yielding incredible inspiration for many, while giving expression to concepts and phenomena many of us might miss.
