โฆ Synopsis
The stabilization of a nonlinear, large scale, multivariable, decentralized system with delays in the interconnections is considered. The sujicient stabilization condition is established whereby the system under consideration is always stabilizable, provided the nonlinear parts of the subsystems satisfy the so-called 'sector condition", while the time delays only appear in interconnection terms.

The proportional parallel distributed compensation (PPDC) approach is utilized to stabilize timedelay systems modeled by Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models in this article. Based on the Lyapunov stability analysis, stability conditions concerning asymptotical stability of time-delay systems are established.
