β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Electron transfer involving triplet molecules of anthraquinone sulfonates has been studied by flash photolysis. It was revealed that semiquinone radicals were formed in oneβelectron oxidation of carbonate anions. Absorption spectra and the kinetics of decay transients in aqueous and aqueousβalcoholic solutions have been studied.

## Abstract The kinetics of the hydrolysis of fenuron in sodium hydroxide has been investigated spectrometrically in an aqueous medium and in cationic micelles of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) medium. The reaction follows firstβorder kinetics with respect to [fenuron] in both the aqueous an
The reaction between formic acid and bromine in strongly acid aqueous media at 298 K Brz + HCOOH -2 Br-+ 2 H+ + COz was studied by absorption spectrophotometry (A = 447 nm). Reaction rates, expressed as H = -d[Brz]/dt, depend on the concentrations of HCOOH (0.3-2.4M), Br2[(2.7-13.6) X 10-3M], H+ (0.
## Abstract The author pointed out that hydrolysis of acetonitrile, trace impurity of someorganic solvents, and insolubility of benzene can make great effects on BβZ or BβR oscillators in aqueousβorganic mixed media. And surfactant is better than organic solvent in the design of chemical oscillator
