✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Electron transfer involving triplet molecules of anthraquinone sulfonates has been studied by flash photolysis. It was revealed that semiquinone radicals were formed in one‐electron oxidation of carbonate anions. Absorption spectra and the kinetics of decay transients in aqueous and aqueous‐alcoholic solutions have been studied.

## Abstract The kinetics of the hydrolysis of fenuron in sodium hydroxide has been investigated spectrometrically in an aqueous medium and in cationic micelles of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) medium. ## Abstract The author pointed out that hydrolysis of acetonitrile, trace impurity of someorganic solvents, and insolubility of benzene can make great effects on B‐Z or B‐R oscillators in aqueous‐organic mixed media. And surfactant is better than organic solvent in the design of chemical oscillator
