โฆ Synopsis
The Fermi surface was investigated in the rare-earth mono-antimonide TmSb by measuring the acoustic de Haas (AdH) effect as well as the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effect. The Fermi surface of TmSb was established for the first time, which is similar to that of LaSb without the presence of large spin-splitting. The effective mass ratios of ~, fl, 7 were evaluated to be 0.13, 0.15 and 0.33, and the Dingle temperatures 4.7, 2.5 and 2.8 K, respectively. A deformation of the Fermi surface and an increase of the spin-splitting with increasing magnetic field were revealed by analyzing the dHvA signals up to 230kOe.
