Eingegangen am 9. Januar 1970 N-Athyl-(2a) und N-Benzyl-Dorivat (2 b) von a-bzw. P-Perhydroacridin (1 H-N MR-Daten in Tab. 1) werden durch LiAlH4-Reduktion der entsprechenden Amide 1 a bzw. 1 b (a und P) dargestellt. Die IR-und NMR-Spektren von 2 zeigen, daB die Reduktion der Amide 1 a-a, 1 b-a und 1 b-P ausschlieBlich zu Iquatorial-standigen N-Alkyl-Gruppen fiihrt. Die Reduktion des Amids la-f3 ergibt ein Gemisch der Isomeren mit iquatorialer bzw. axialer N-Alkyl-Gruppe im Verhaltnis 1 : 1. Synthesis and Investigation of Perhydroacridines, I V1). A Contribution to the Stereochemistry of the LiAlH4-Reduction of N-Acyl-perhydroacridines N-Ethyl-(Za), and N-benzyl derivatives (2b) of oc-and @-perhydroacridine (IH-NM Rdata in table 1) are obtained by LiAIH4-reduction of the amides 1 a and 1 b (a and P), respectively. The IR-and NMR-spectra of 2 show that the reduction of the amides l a -a , l b -a and 1b-P leads to exclusively equatorial N-alkyl groups. The reduction of the amide l a -p gives a mixture of equal parts of two isomers, having the N-alkyl group equatorial and axial, respectively. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist eine Ergiinzung der bisherigen 1H-NMR-Untersuchun-gen3) an verschiedenen C-und N-Alkyl-piperidinen.
