โฆ Synopsis
How much do you trust your doctor?
When a patient in hypnosis describes an experience of mental torture and physical mutilation at the hands of a doctor, psychologist Megan Wright starts investigating. Determined to find out the truth and stop the abuse, but bound to silence by the ethics of confidentiality, Megan enters the dark mind of a dangerously disturbed man in a deadly battle of wits and wills.
If you like dark, suspenseful and chilling stories, you won't want to miss this psychological thriller with its unexpected twists and unnerving climax. Great reading for fans of Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl), Paula Hawkins (Girl on the Train), Sophie Hannah and Tana French.
Note: This novel contains scenes of violence which may be distressing to very sensitive readers.

"A page-turner with unexpected twists and turns. The mind-game plot has just the right balance of madness to keep it all entirely possible. This is a gripping and rewarding dollop of escapism, with a crisp, accessible style." - Clive Simpkins Strategic Communications
"Read this thriller. It's gripping - so shocking you won't be able to breathe until you get to the end." Mike Nicol (Author:Payback, Killer Country, Black Heart, Of Cops and Robbers)
"A chilling exploration of human vulnerability and cruelty, a terrifying and thoroughly entertaining read." Amanda Coetzee (Author: Flaming June, Bad Blood, Redemption Song)
"Blood-chillingly believable... Developments in Megan'spersonal life are woven with the main thriller plot in a masterly way. Perfect comic timing, excellent research, scarily credible." - Naspers Media
