โœฆ Synopsis

A young physics prodigy, Cameron Kirby, finally figures out (with a little outside prodding) that his earlier published works contained gaping omissions. His original opinion was that the other physicists who had dismissed his earlier work were jealous, old curmudgeons that hadnโ€™t had an original idea in this century, and to top it off, they refused to acknowledge his obvious superiority in the field of physics. Of course, now that he finally was looking at his own work as a skeptic and not his biggest disciple, his view of that work had changed. On his 21st birthday, an anonymous birthday card gave him a hint to what direction he needed to go, and he worked out the rest with the help of a beautiful, young physicist and programmer from his mother's university, Rachael Carter.

His mother, Angeline, a university physics professor, selected Rachael from her college when Cam realized he needed programming help. Once he discovered where his newest theory was leading, he feared his it could be easily weaponized, but soon, he became aware some group apparently knew more about his work than he did. It was group that had been purposely hidden from him for years. Although Cameron didn't realize it at the time, it was a side-effect of his discovery that came to protect civilization from the possible dark side of Dark Energy.

It provided him with both unknown allies and enemies. Maintaining the secrecy of his discovery turned out to be far more difficult and dangerous than they ever could have guessed. Especially once he found they were being watched by two different factions, even before he had completed his work. One faction wanted his theory to benefit civilization; the other wanted to control it to their own benefit. The power of the status quo was about to be unleashed on a simple, unassuming youth with no thoughts of power or politics. The struggle to bring power to the people was well underway before Cam even knew the struggle existed.
