## Abstract Three new __Daphniphyllum__ alkaloids, daphlongeranines CβE (**1**β**3**), along with 13 known ones, were isolated from the fruits of __Daphniphyllum longeracemosum.__ Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, especially 2DβNMR experiments.
