Freudenburg-NOK has received a full service supplier recognition from Ford Motor Company for its engine and transmission seals and gaskets, and vibration dampers.
This supplier recognition means that Freudenburg-NOK joins a select group, which play an important role in the development of future Ford products. The company said that Ford will benefit through its early involvement in development programmes and its expertise in sealing.
In addition to providing dampers and powertrain seals and gaskets for OEM applications Freudenberg-NOK also supplies aftermarket parts and transmission rebuild kits to Ford service parts operations.
