From a biogenetical point of view3, seco-taxane skeleton(I) is related with cembrene framework( both of which are considered to be biosynthesized from acyclic geranylgeranyl cation(II1, Y = H2) as shown below (in each skeleton, Cg-Cg is bonding). After we have developed an efficient construction method of the cembrene skeleton(I1, Y = 0) starting from the acyl cation(II1, Y = 0)
