✦ Synopsis
Cyclic voltammetry has been used to characterize the incorporation of cobalt(III) sepulchrate trichloride (1,3,6,8,10,13,16,19-octaazabicyclo[6.6.6]eicosanecobalt trichloride) into Nafion polymer modified glassy carbon electrodes and ultramicroelectrodes. Well-defined cyclic voltammograms are obtained under a variety of film loading conditions. Formal potential values are relatively invariant as a function of pH (õ 8.2), but currents are larger in higher pH solutions. The effect of supporting electrolyte is also presented. The ultramicroelectrode exhibits a chronocoulogram that is linear during the pulse.
