## Abstract The results of the present study demonstrate the probable involvement of adenosine 3β²,5β²βcyclic monophosphate (cAMP)βdependent protein kinase (PKA) in the regulation of oocyte maturation in the catfish, __Clarias batrachus__. A decrease in total PKA activity with a concomitant increase
