EMCORE, manufacturers of the Turbo-DiscTM deposition system for MOCVD, CVD and ALE, have launched an interactive web site for MOCVD technology. Executive Vice President William Kroll commented that the home page was designed to further partnership with existing customers and potential users globally by offering on-line access to selected published EMCORE technical papers, organized by materials type and application. Also offered are TurboDiscTM Technology modeling, cost of ownership models, hyperlinks to other key MOCVD sites and interactive access to all EMCORE sales and service locations worldwide. Planned within the next few months is a bulletin board or "chat room" for pre-competitive information exchange.
