✦ Synopsis
Application. Clonal propagation of woody plants, including conifers, is useful for tree improvement and forestation. However, complete regeneration of plantlets from propagules has been difficult to achieve with some Pinus species. An in vitro procedure for micropropagation of slash pine (Pinus elliotti) plantlets from excised cotyledons is presented.
