Wankhar et al. 1 and would like to report a similar case. A 60-year-old man presented with dull pain in the right flank for 2 years. There was no history of hematuria and no family history of renal disease. Blood pressure was 130/90 mmHg, and physical examination was unremarkable. Urine analysis and
