Giant intracranial aneurysms are frequently observed as incidental fmdings on CT and angiograms obtained for purposes other than subarachnoid hemorrhage, such as slowly evolving nerve palsy or hemiparesis. Since giant aneurysms often thrombose, the CT scan may demonstrate a larger aneurysmal volume
