✦ Synopsis
The relationships between the crystallization mechanism of phases solidifying from the melt, the phase equilibria, the morphology and chemical composition was investigated in order to establish the influence of the growth rate on the HTC superconductor structure and transport properties. Fibers grown with highest pulling rate having higher Jc" The Jc is maximum after annealing at 830°C during 24h. Fibers annealed at 870°C exhibit an onset T c of 110K.
