โฆ Synopsis
Anodic AI,O, films have been crystallized, during growth in the electrolyte, by heating in a vacuum in the electron beam, and by heating in air . A linear shrinkage of approximately 15 per cent was observed during the transition from amorphous to y-A1,0, . A variety of morphologies were found in y-A1,O, crystals, which formed after heating above 800ยฐC. At 1200ยฐC relatively large crystals of a-A1,O s were observed .
