โฆ Synopsis
The YBa2Cn307. n films on sapphire are demonstrated. We used the phenomenological loss equivalence method to model microwave losses in ring resonators and bandpass filters at K-band, The results of calculations are presented along with comparison to experimental data and surface reststance R s at 135 GHz. The quality of these films depended on substrate preparation, film thickness, crystallographic orientation of the grains. Analysis of the temperature dependencies R s and X-ray dfffiactmn are presented. The typical R s at 135 GHz and converted to 34 GHz are 0.25 mOhm at 60 K that can design bandpass filters with insertion loss 1.2 dB.
