✦ Synopsis


The orthorhombic compounds Ce(Zn,_,Cu,), are good candidates to study the evolution of the magnetic properties toward the Kondo state. Magnetic susceptibility, measured along the three main axes on single crystals, and neutron spectroscopy have allowed us to study the evolution of the CEF in this system.
