## Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cutting balloon angioplasty (CBA) for the treatment of in‐stent restenosis prior to intracoronary brachytherapy (ICB). Cutting balloon angioplasty may reduce the incidence of uncontrolled dissection requiring adjunct
