## Abstract The structural features of Sr~2~CoIrO~6βΞ΄~ in which the oxygen deficiency can be well controlled and reversibly varied up to Ξ΄ = 0.33, depend on both temperature and oxygen content and are determined by synchrotron and neutron powder diffraction.
Abstnrct---Tte mechanical hysteresis and compliance of ~lyc~~c graphite are shown to be very sensitive to crystal, perfection as modified by ~p~tiza~on, neutron irradiation and post irradiation annealing. Electron microscope examination has shown the effect of graphitiaation and irradiation damage o
