Mothers of 182 nursery school children between 3 and 7 years of age comleted the Behavior Style Questionnaire (BSQ) and the Child Personality &ale (CPS). Intercorrelational analyses showed many significantly correlated items. The following pairs shared a high degree of common variance: CPS attention and BSQ persistence, CPS modulation and BSQ activity, CPS sociability and BSQ ap roach-withdrawal.
