Time-resolved excitation spectra of the free exciton luminescence of solid xenon are measured in the energy range up to 30 eV at 7.1 K and 9.3 K. The pronounced structures observed near band gap and two band gap energies are assigned to primary and secondary excitons formed via various mechanisms. F
