We present a measurement of CP-violating asymmetries in B" + T+K-decays based on a data sample of 44.8 million BE pairs collected at the T(4S) resonance with the Belle detector. We fully reconstruct one neutral B meson as a B" + T+X-CP eigenstate and identify the flavor of the accompanying B meson from its decay products.

From the distribution of time intervals between the two B meson decay points, we obtain the CPviolating asymmetry parameters S,, = -1.
