## Abstract __To understand the structural basis for bisphosphonate therapy of bone diseases, we solved the crystal structures of human farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase (FPPS) in its unliganded state, in complex with the nitrogen‐containing bisphosphonate (N‐BP) drugs zoledronate, pamidronate, alend
