✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Video rate STED Nanoscopy visualizes the motion of neurotransmitter vesicles in living neurons. A STED highresolution movie (front filmstrip) resolves individual objects in the axons. In contrast, a confocal movie (back filmstrip) shows only unspecific motion.
