## Abstract A convenient protocol for the smooth conversion of the resistant PO bond in phosphane oxides into a reactive PN bond of synthetically useful pyrazolylphosphonium salts is described. A highly charged, oxophilic, phosphorus‐centered trication is employed and the reactions are conducted
