The coupling between incident electromagnetic fields and lossless, multimode, multiconductor, transmission systems is studied using transmission-line modelling (TLM). Model predictions compared well with experimental multimode results. The model presented is suitable for studying electromagnetic compatibility problems in the time-domain.
