Abstract
Corrosion is a highly technical issue of which middle and top managers are not much aware. An important issue in establishing communication between highly technical corrosion engineers and less technical managers is a system by which expectations of both sides can be processed in a language understandable for the other party. “Corrosion knowledge management” is the first step in designing such communication means. This paper will discuss the required tools for such systematic approach.
