The authors regret that the electronegativity of O on page 2298, left column was wrongly cited. The sentence should read: ''As reported [38], the electronegativities (Pauling scale) of O, Zn, Mn, Ni and Co are 3.44, 1.65, 1.55, 1.91 and 1.88, respectively. It can be noted that the difference of the electronegativities between O and Zn is 1.79 (3.44-1.65), which is larger than those between O and Co (1.56) and between O and Ni (1.53), but lower than that between O and Mn (1.89)".
