✦ Synopsis
The authors regret that the color ramp of the final shrub leaf area index (LAI) map (Fig. ) in the above article was labelled incorrectly. The highest LAI value that should occur in the shrub LAI map is the fixed cattail LAI of 3.63, but the color ramp was labelled with a maximum value of 6.1 due to one erroneous pixel. As a result, all shrub LAI values in the map appear to be too high and thus inconsistent with field-measured shrub LAI (Table ) and the total LAI map (Fig. ). The corrected figure follows.
