β¦ Synopsis
The proposed AxC60 model involves strong Hubbard energy of alkali electrons in the narrow molecular LUMO band (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) of C6o. By invoking a kinematical high-T c mechanism, we obtained an expression for Tc(X) and found the superconductivity gap A o which satisfies the inequality 2Ao/Tc > 3.53.

A study of electron correlation effects on the properties of LaxSrt.xTiO3 is presented using a single band repulsive Hubbard. model and employing Gutzwiller approximation. A possibility of inducing superconductivity in this material is suggested.
We investigate the effect of partial substitution of Y by Ca in YBCO superconducting thin films. The films were grown on (1 0 0) SrTiO 3 single crystal substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The Ca doped film were ablated from Y 1Γx Ca x Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7Γd targets with x ΒΌ 0, 0.05, 0.07, and 0.10
