Abstract
The computer code FIDASโ3DT, developed by Power Reactor & Nuclear Fuel Development Corporation of Japan, has been used to solve by the finiteโdifference method an airโwater horizontal annular flow problem based on twoโphase, threeโfluid and twoโcomponent velocity modelling. In an attempt to improve the water flow rate results, as compared with those of a reported experiment, several corrections applied to the code are investigated, and the recommended technique is presented.
