โฆ Synopsis
Montaudouin et al.' gave a recursion to determine the series expansion of implicit surfaces in E3. A simple example shows that this recursion is not correct. We give two formulae that allow one to compute the correct series expansion of implicit surfaces in E3 (and implicit hypersurfaces in Ed) either by recurrence or directly.
