## Abstract A series of bisโ€dendritic gelators consisting of a benzamide dendron and an alkyl dendron were synthesized to investigate the dendritic effect on selfโ€assembly. The gelators with a firstโ€generation benzamide (benzamideโ€**G1**) dendron or a firstโ€generation alkyl (alkylโ€**G1**) dendron f
