✦ Synopsis

This paper proves that (linear) quasi-isomorphisms and monomorphisms deÿne a closed model category (CMC) structure on the category of positively graded cooperads. Z-coalgebras over a quasi-cofree cooperad Z supports also an analogous CMC structure.
