In this paper, we study a class of difference systems modelling a two-neuron network with feedback and McCulloch-Pitts type activation, which includes the discrete version of the twoneuron model with piecewise constant argument as its special case. We obtain some interesting sufficient conditions insuring the convergence of solutions, as well as the existence of periodic solutions.
